Ji Terrace by the Sea takes you on a journey to the heart of Indonesia, Japan, India, and Thailand with contemporary and playful Japanese & Asian inspired dishes and a 180 degrees undisturbed view over the sparkling Indian Ocean and Canggu Beach. The food served at Ji Terrace by the Sea is going to be a modern interpretation of ancient Asian cultures. Whereas the already existing JI at Bale Sutra 1706 celebrates classical Japanese cuisine with fusion from other Asian cultures, they detour from this route at JI Terrace by the Sea. Their team of Japanese & Asian-trained chefs, led by Chef Colin Buchan (previously chef of Gordon Ramsay restaurants in London as well as Jason Atherton’s Pollen in Singapore), had fun experimenting with creating dishes that are global, contemporary and playful. The cocktails take a similar inspiration as the food – with Asian infusions of their premium spirits, the cocktails at Ji Terrace by the Sea are 200% seductive in flavours as well as presentation. On the 2nd and 3rd floor, as the DJ plays seductive tunes from sunset to evening, Ji Terrace by the Sea celebrates Bali beach life to the fullest!
