The enormous swimming pool is the centre of attention in Seseh Beach Villa.

Complemented by sophisticated facilities, caring staff and superb service, the five-bedroom Seseh Beach Villa offers a lovely setting for weddings and events, and is great for families and groups of friends who are looking for a luxurious out-of-town escape.

Resting upon 2,000 square metres of land overlooking the sea and separated from the beach only by a small river, a narrow access road and a line of bushy trees, Seseh Beach Villa is a study in perfect symmetry. The five-bedroom, thatched-roofed property comprises a main two-storey house, a large flat lawn, and a pair of open-sided pavilions (one for semi-alfresco dining and the other for semi-alfresco living) situated at either end of a 16.5-metre swimming pool.

The main building offers an air-conditioned living and dining room with a bar, a rooftop terrace, and five air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with king-sized beds (three of which can be converted to twins) and equipped with satellite-channel TV and DVD players. All have ensuite air-conditioned bathrooms fitted with powerful rainshowers and adjoined by private outdoor courtyards with bathtubs open to the sky. At night enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned sleep, or slide back the French doors and let the sea breeze cool your room along with the soothing sounds of the sea.

The villa is packed with facilities and distractions to satisfy every kind of holidaymaker. Indoors has a large open-plan living space for air-conditioned dining and lounging with a comfortable sitting area, dining table and a drinks bar. There’s PlayStation Wii and Xbox for the kids (with a 60-inch smart TV to play them on) as well as a whole host of regular games and toys.

Outdoors there’s the poolside sunloungers and umbrellas and the rooftop ‘sunset terrace’. You can also relax in the outdoor living pavilion with its sofas, ceiling fans and big screen TV, or dine alfresco in the open-sided dining pavilion next to the swimming pool. Or if that’s not enough, simply stroll the few metres to the beach for a paddle in the sea. It’s your holiday after all.

The villa’s location in the traditional village of Seseh offers guests the opportunity to witness the daily rural life of the Balinese, enjoy the beauty of the rice fields, take bicycle rides through the country lanes, or walks along the beach. Temple ceremonies are a common sight and visitors are made to feel welcome by the local community. This peaceful village feels like it is miles from anywhere but is actually only 14 kilometres from the restaurants, nightlife and shops of Petitenget and Seminyak, while golf lovers will appreciate the fact that it is just nine kilometres from Nirwana Bali Golf Course, one of the best in Asia. Guests who want to go further afield will have the facility and service of the villa’s car and driver for eight hours per day.

The villa’s great team of staff have been professionally trained to provide you with nothing but the very best in service leaving you to be looked after by a full time manager, butlers, 24-hour security and a personal chef who will to cook anything you desire. Sounds like the perfect holiday.

In 2015 construction will be complete on their six-bedroom sister property, which is situated immediately behind and will be joined through interconnecting doors. Once this happens there will be an extremely handy 11 rooms on offer, with three swimming pools, a gymnasium and an onsite spa, allowing for the largest of groups and providing even more space for wonderful weddings and special events.
